Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewelry products.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewelry.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Explain product features, pricing, making charges, and offers to customers.
- Maintain showroom presentation and product displays.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Handle billing coordination and basic inventory support.
- Stay updated on current jewelry trends and collections.
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Follow company policies regarding sales, security, and customer service.
