We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager for Automation Machinery & Conveyor Systems.
Location: Manesar
CTC: ₹6–8 LPA + Variable
Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve regional targets
- Generate enquiries and close orders
- Manage key accounts and develop new customers
- Handle techno-commercial sales
- Build and lead the regional sales team
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams
- Travel extensively for client and site visits
Requirements
- Diploma/BE in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
- 5+ years of sales experience in automation, conveyors, or material handling
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a region
- Comfortable with 80–90% field travel
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
