Business Related
- Work with the Coverage team to build the supply chain finance book by identifying the opportunities, structuring and putting in place SCF programs
- Plan and build SCF portfolio, driving the program right from Anchor prospecting, deal structuring/documentation and utilization
- Understand customer’s business model, payment and receivable cycles and solution the right product
- Ensure growth in book size by onboarding new vendors and dealers
- Ensure timely conversion of SCF opportunities identified by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Meet the revenue and asset targets for the assigned portfolio.
- Meet the customers regularly to explore business opportunities and respond to their queries.
- Prepare Credit approval notes as per credit and risk management practices of the bank.
- Coordinate with Credit and other departments in the bank to ensure timely approval and disbursement of credit limits.
- Execute necessary post sanction documentation and comply with the approved product terms to ensure prompt draw-down under the approved facilities.
- Ensure compliance to internal, regulatory policies and procedures.

Educational Qualifications
- MBA / CA/ICWA/CFA with 3-10 years of experience
