Tender Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process across Government and Private e-Procurement portals. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling tenders related to Civil Works, Electrical Works, Manpower Supply, Facility Management, and other service contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track relevant tenders from:
- GeM (Government e-Marketplace)
- CPP Portal (eProcurement.gov.in)
- State Government e-Procurement Portals
- PSU and Private Tender Portals
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, technical specifications, and terms & conditions.
- Prepare and submit:
- Pre-Qualification (PQ) Documents
- Technical Bids
- Financial Bids
- Ensure timely and accurate online bid submission with complete compliance.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, Technical, Legal, and Management teams to collect required documents.
- Maintain records of tender submissions, EMD/Bid Security, bid status, corrigenda, and award results.
- Monitor corrigenda, bid clarifications, and amendments, and take necessary action.
- Follow up on submitted bids and provide regular status updates to management.
- Assist with post-award documentation, contract execution, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain an organized database of all tenders and related documents.
- Stay updated with Government procurement policies, GeM guidelines, and tendering best practices.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in:
- GeM Portal Bidding
- CPP Portal (Government e-Procurement)
- State Government & Private Tender Portals
- Strong knowledge of tender documentation, bid preparation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PDF tools, and online e-Tender portals.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Civil, Electrical, Manpower Supply, Facility Management, and other Service Tenders.
- Good understanding of Government procurement procedures and contractual documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple bids while meeting strict deadlines.
