We are looking for a smart, organized, and enthusiastic Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our team. The selected candidate will undergo a paid training period for the initial few months, during which they will learn and handle various administrative and front-office responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in enquiries and visitors professionally.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Handle daily documentation and ensure records are updated accurately.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and databases.
- Perform assigned administrative and office support tasks.
- Coordinate effectively with team members and management.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and communication activities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Email, etc.).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Good coordination and organizational abilities.
- Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Training & Growth:
- Initial few months will be a paid training period.
- Performance will be reviewed regularly.
- Salary increments and growth opportunities will be based on individual performance and contribution.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
