## About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced **GeM Portal Freelancer** to manage and support tender-related activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tender participation, bid management, documentation, and vendor registration processes.
## Key Responsibilities
* Search and identify relevant tenders on the GeM Portal.
* Prepare, submit, and manage bids/tenders within deadlines.
* Handle GeM registration, catalog management, and product listings.
* Upload and maintain required tender documents and compliance records.
* Coordinate with internal teams regarding tender requirements and submissions.
* Monitor tender status, bid results, and order processing.
* Ensure compliance with GeM policies and government procurement guidelines.
* Maintain accurate records of submitted bids and tender activities.
## Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of experience working on the GeM Portal.
* Strong knowledge of tender filing, bid submission, and procurement processes.
* Familiarity with GeM registration, OEM authorization, and catalog management.
* Good understanding of government tender documentation and compliance requirements.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
