We are looking for a young and dynamic candidate with hands-on experience in reputed hotels as an Executive Chef. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading the kitchen team effectively and overseeing the entire food production process. Responsibilities include menu planning, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, managing kitchen operations, controlling food costs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the kitchen. Strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
- Lead and manage the entire kitchen operations efficiently
- Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance
- Plan, design, and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion standards
- Oversee food preparation and production for all outlets and events
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards as per regulations
- Monitor food inventory, stock levels, and kitchen supplies
- Control food costs, wastage, and kitchen expenses effectively
- Coordinate with purchase and stores departments for timely procurement
- Train and mentor chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants
- Schedule staff duties and manage kitchen manpower requirements
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas
- Develop new recipes and innovative culinary concepts
- Handle guest feedback related to food quality and service standards
- Work closely with management to achieve business and profitability goals
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) in kitchen operations
- Oversee banquet, buffet, and special event food production when required
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare reports related to kitchen performance, food cost, and inventory management
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
