Role Description This Restocker internship role at quickvends is a hybrid position based in Ahmedabad, with a mix of on-site work and some tasks that can be completed from home. On a day-to-day basis, the Restocker will visit assigned vending locations to check stock levels, refill products, and ensure machines or storage areas are clean, organized, and functioning properly. The role includes counting and recording inventory, updating simple logs or digital tools, and reporting low-stock or maintenance issues to the supervisor. The intern will assist with basic inventory planning, help prepare stock for upcoming routes, and support the team in keeping operations smooth and timely. This is a hands-on internship designed to provide practical experience in inventory handling, field operations, and customer-focused service.
Qualifications
- Ability to handle basic inventory tasks, including counting items accurately and keeping simple records up to date.
- Comfort with field-based work, including visiting multiple locations in Ahmedabad and following set restocking routines.
- Basic digital literacy, such as using mobile apps or spreadsheets to log stock levels and report issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to keeping machines and storage areas clean, orderly, and well-presented.
- Reliable time management skills, with the ability to follow schedules and complete assigned routes or tasks on time.
- Clear and respectful communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, teammates, and site contacts.
- Physical ability to lift and move stock safely, and willingness to follow all safety and handling guidelines.
- Interest in learning about operations, logistics, or inventory management; prior experience is helpful but not required.
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement from Ahmedabad, with flexibility for occasional schedule changes.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
