Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Sales Executive, based in Aurangabad. The Solar Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and guiding customers through the sales process. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, preparing proposals, presenting tailored solutions to clients, and collaborating with the engineering team to ensure feasibility and project delivery. The role also involves staying informed about industry trends, handling customer inquiries, and meeting sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, along with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, communication, and presentation skills
- Understanding of solar energy systems, PV modules, and EPC processes
- Technical aptitude and ability to conduct site visits and liaise with engineering teams
- Experience in market research and staying updated on industry trends
- Problem-solving capability and ability to work in a results-oriented, target-driven environment
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
