Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Admissions Leader to spearhead student enrollments and lead integrated sales, marketing, and digital outreach efforts at our Vellore campus. This role requires a strong ability to drive conversions both offline and online.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end student admissions funnel (lead → counseling → conversion)
- Plan and execute on-ground & digital marketing campaigns
- Lead social media strategy and campaign execution (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
- Coordinate with digital agencies and optimize lead generation campaigns
- Conduct high-impact counseling sessions with parents and students
- Manage and mentor admissions executives
- Plan and execute school outreach, events, and campus engagement programs
- Track performance using Excel/CRM tools and improve conversion metrics
- Ensure strong follow-up systems and closure discipline
- Represent the institution in a professional and persuasive manner
Candidate Profile
- 4–10 years of experience in sales, admissions, marketing, or digital marketing roles
- Proven ability to drive targets and conversions
- Hands-on experience with:
- Social media campaign execution
- Basic digital ad understanding (Meta/Google)
- Strong leadership and team handling capability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (in-person & virtual)
- Highly disciplined, proactive, and ownership-driven
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Proficient in Excel, CRM systems, and campaign tracking
Languages
- Any South Indian Language (Mandatory)
Compensation
40,000 to ₹90,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Location : Vellore (On-site)
