Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting our products and services. The candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in any stream.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
