About the Role
We are seeking motivated professionals to support ISO auditing, certification, consultancy, implementation, documentation, and training activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct Internal, Supplier, and Certification Audits (Stage 1, Stage 2, Surveillance & Recertification)
* Prepare audit plans, reports, NCRs, and verify corrective actions
* Develop Quality Manuals, Procedures, SOPs, Forms, and Records
* Support ISO implementation, gap assessments, and compliance activities
* Participate in consultancy projects, client training, and awareness programs
* Support certification reviews, project coordination, and client relationship management
Preferred Standards Experience
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, ISO 27001, ISO 13485, ISO 50001, ISO 22301, ISO 17025, ISO 15189.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
* Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Science, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Management, or related disciplines
* 5 - 10 years of experience
Preferred Auditor Qualifications
* ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Internal Auditor
* IMS Internal Auditor
* IRCA/CQI ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
* IMS Lead Auditor
Preferred Experience
* Internal or External Auditing
* ISO Consultancy & Management System Implementation
* Certification Body Experience
* ISO Documentation Development
* Client Handling & Project Coordination
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of ISO Management Systems
* Excellent documentation and report-writing skills
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Ability to conduct audits independently
* Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel

✔ IRCA/CQI Lead Auditor Qualification
✔ Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
✔ Certification, Inspection, Training, or Consultancy Background
✔ Multi-standard / IMS competency
Compensation: Best in industry, based on qualifications, auditor credentials, schemes handled, audit experience, and technical competency.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
