We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to plan, design, execute, and maintain infrastructure projects within healthcare facilities. The role involves ensuring that hospital buildings and related infrastructure meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and functional needs specific to medical environments.

Job Summary - Civil Engineer ( Hostel facility available )
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and oversee construction and renovation of hospital buildings, including wards, ICUs, operation theatres, and support facilities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards, building codes, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and hospital administrators for project execution
- Prepare project estimates, budgets, and timelines; monitor progress and control costs
- Supervise construction activities and ensure quality assurance and safety practices
- Manage contractors, vendors, and site workers
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Ensure proper implementation of infection control measures during construction/renovation
- Maintain documentation including drawings, reports, and compliance records
- Plan and oversee maintenance of hospital infrastructure (plumbing, drainage, structural integrity, etc.)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
- 1–6 years of experience in construction, preferably in healthcare or institutional projects
- Knowledge of hospital planning standards and healthcare regulations is an advantage
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software
- Strong understanding of structural design, materials, and construction methods
