Key Responsibilities
- Monitor in-process quality to ensure final product compliance.
- Lead product quality problem-solving initiatives and corrective actions.
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems as per IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015.
- Handle customer audits, customer complaints, and quality escalations.
- Conduct product audits, process audits, and ensure NC closures.
- Drive quality improvements through KPI monitoring, trend analysis, and COPQ reduction initiatives.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) quality activities.
- Manage supplier quality concerns and supplier audits.
- Ensure calibration of instruments and gauges.
- Conduct CMM inspections and review inspection reports.
- Train and mentor quality inspectors on quality standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain all ISO/IATF documentation and quality records.
Required Skills & Experience
✔ 2 - 4 years of experience in the automotive industry
✔ Strong knowledge of Quality Systems, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001:2015
✔ Experience in Supplier Quality and In-Process Quality Management
✔ Good knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies
✔ Proficiency in MS Office
✔ Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
✔ Team management and leadership capabilities
✔ Customer-focused and ownership-driven mindset
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
