Job Description
First Reach Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to manage and grow our sales operations in the digital marketing industry.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and experience in sales team handling and target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Develop sales strategies and business growth plans
- Generate quality leads and improve conversions
- Train and mentor sales executives
- Handle client communication and negotiations
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
- Monitor team performance and daily reporting
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales / Business Development
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in team handling and client management
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Knowledge of digital marketing services preferred
- Minimum Degree qualification required
- MBA candidates preferred

This is strictly an OFFICE-BASED job in Kalamassery, Kochi.
