Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Finishing Engineer to oversee and manage finishing activities at construction sites. The candidate will ensure work quality, timely execution, and compliance with project standards.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise all finishing works including plastering, tiling, painting, flooring, false ceiling, and interior works
* Monitor site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams
* Maintain quality standards and ensure timely project completion
* Conduct site inspections and resolve execution issues
* Prepare daily progress reports and updates
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
* 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction finishing works
* Knowledge of site execution and finishing materials
* Good communication and coordination skills
