Job Title: Sr. Digital Marketing Executive Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, analytical, and performance-driven Sr. Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of and execute our digital marketing strategies across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, generating high-quality leads, optimizing ad spend, and driving overall digital growth for the company without the need for day-to-day supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and lead generation.
- Take full ownership of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and social media marketing execution.
- Deeply analyze, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and lower acquisition costs.
- Oversee company social media accounts and plan comprehensive, engaging content calendars.
- Design, segment, and execute targeted email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers, content writers, and the sales team to ensure cohesive and effective marketing collateral.
- Track website traffic, user behavior, and lead conversion funnels using advanced analytics tools.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly marketing reports, performance analysis, and actionable insights for management.
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and industry tools.
Required Skills
- Advanced, hands-on expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proficient with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, HubSpot, or similar CRM/automation platforms.
- Strong copywriting, content planning, and strategic communication abilities.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, A/B testing, and lead generation funnels.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Self-motivated with excellent project management and time-management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and HubSpot) are highly preferred.
- 1– 3years of solid, hands-on experience in digital marketing execution (team management experience not required).
