Job Responsibilities:
- Consult with patients and understand their health concerns in detail
- Handle and manage “no relief” patients with proper diagnosis and treatment plans
- Convert consultations into treatment plans effectively (OPD to IPD/therapy conversion)
- Recommend and guide patients on Ayurvedic medicines and therapies
- Perform and supervise Panchakarma therapies
- Maintain patient records and follow-ups
- Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and care
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Ayurveda (BAMS or equivalent)
- Knowledge of Panchakarma therapy is a must
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle challenging patient cases
- Patient-focused approach with strong diagnostic ability
Experience:
- Fresher and experienced candidates are both welcome
