IT Trainer (Employability & Technical Skills Trainer)
We are seeking a passionate and motivated IT Trainer to train and mentor students in technical skills, digital literacy, and workplace readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions on core IT skills such as basic computer operations, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet usage, and digital tools.
- Train students in fundamental technical concepts, including hardware, software, and basic troubleshooting.
- Conduct sessions on digital communication, including email writing and professional online behavior.
- Support students in developing employability skills alongside technical training.
- Prepare students for workplace readiness, including corporate IT usage and professional etiquette.
- Conduct mock interviews, technical assessments, and practical lab sessions.
- Guide students in resume building, especially for IT-related roles and job applications.
- Organize hands-on activities, projects, and interactive sessions to enhance learning.
- Monitor student progress and maintain training records, attendance, and reports.
- Mentor students and guide them in career planning for IT and related job roles.
- Help students develop problem-solving, analytical thinking, and basic technical troubleshooting skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field (preferred: IT, Computer Science, BCA, BSc IT, or related field).
- 1–2 years of experience in IT training, teaching, or skill development programs.
- Strong technical knowledge of basic IT tools and applications.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners.
- Experience in training youth will be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
