Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a passion for technology, and the leadership skills to inspire and manage a high-performing team. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Hunteyed's market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.
- Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights to guide sales initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.Set sales goals, track progress, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.Develop a deep understanding of Hunteyed’s GPS products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

Qualifications
- Graduate, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of GPS technology or related industries (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and create actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
