Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Plastics Engineering preferably CIPET Engineers
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with injection moulding processes in nontoxic engineering plastics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting injection moulding machines, Strong understanding of process optimization techniques and lean manufacturing practices.
- Soft Skills: Leadership abilities with a focus on increasing team performance and production efficiency, a Problem-solving mindset, and a keen attention to detail.
Good to Have Qualifications
- Experience working with food-grade and nontoxic engineering plastics is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
