The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for end-to-end operational management of assigned sites, ensuring efficient delivery of facility management services in line with company standards, client expectations, safety norms, and contractual obligations. The role demands strong technical knowledge, people management skills, operational discipline, and strict adherence to SOPs and reporting mechanisms.
2. Core Operational Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and control daily site operations across housekeeping, security, technical maintenance, supervision, and support services.
- Set and track daily employee targets for operations teams and ensure achievement.
- Ensure smooth functioning of services with zero disruption to client operations.
- Coordinate between Operations, Admin, HR, Purchase, and Accounts for seamless execution.
3. Supervision & Site Management
- Conduct and monitor scheduled supervision visits across all assigned sites.
- Ensure supervisors follow approved visit schedules and checklists.
- Carry out routine inspections covering:
- Cleanliness & hygiene
- Staff grooming & discipline
- Safety compliance
- Equipment condition
- Identify gaps and implement corrective actions immediately.
Ensure extra works (beyond scope) are identified, approved, executed, and reported properly.
4. Complaint & Service Management
- Ensure all client and site complaints are:
- Logged in the complaint tracking system
- Assigned to the responsible team
- Resolved within defined TAT
- Review complaint trends and initiate preventive actions.

5. Housekeeping Materials & Procurement Coordination
- Prepare and verify Housekeeping Material Requirement Lists for all sites.
- Ensure materials are:
- As per approved budget
- As per site requirement
- Properly consumed and accounted for
- Coordinate with Purchase and Accounts teams for ordering, approvals, and billing processes.
- Prevent material misuse, over-consumption, or pilferage.
6. Human Resource Coordination
- Share daily HR requirements (manpower shortage, replacements, new deployment needs).
- Coordinate for recruitment, deployment, relievers, and attendance management.
- Ensure discipline, grooming standards, attendance, and productivity of staff.
- Support HR in onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
