Job Summary
Vinorise Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to support business growth for its projects, PG-HUB India and Resorts-Villa.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, business development, property onboarding, relationship management, and revenue generation through field sales and marketing activities.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit PGs, hostels, rental properties, resorts, villas, and commercial establishments.
- Educate and convince PG owners about the benefits of listing their properties on PG Hub India.
- Promote PG Hub India as India's first marketplace for online PG booking and property discovery.
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Meet property owners, business partners, and decision-makers.
- Explain company services, products, and business benefits.
- Generate sales and contribute towards revenue growth.
Eligibility
- Freshers
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA, BBA, B.Com, Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration candidates preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.
Experienced Candidates
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Real Estate, Hospitality, Lead Generation, or related fields.
- Candidates should have experience in Just Dial, No Broker, Magic brick, 99acres etc and other online marketplace platforms.
- Proven track record in sales and client acquisition preferred.
- Experience in field marketing will be an added advantage.

Compensation Structure
During Probation Period (6 Months)
- Performance-based commission structure.
- Employees shall receive 10%–15% of the revenue generated through successful sales and conversions.
- No separate travel allowance, fuel allowance, or field reimbursement shall be provided during probation.
- Commission shall be considered inclusive of field travel and operational expenses. After Successful Completion of Probation
- CTC shall be determined based on:
- Revenue Generated
- Sales Performance
- Business Contribution
- Attendance & Discipline
- Overall Performance Evaluation
- Additional incentives and growth opportunities may be provided based on performance.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
