Role Overview:
Support marketing campaigns, content, and events while also handling inside sales & cold calling togenerate leads and promote training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in marketing campaigns & content (social media, email)
Conduct market research & track campaign performance
Support webinars, workshops & events
Make cold calls to poten tial students/clients
Generate & follow up on leads via calls, email, WhatsApp
Explain courses and convert leads into enrolments
Maintain CRM and activity reports
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing/Business (pursuing or completed)
Good communication skills
Basic digital marketing knowledge
Confidence in calling & client interaction
Willing to work from office
