Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential clients.
Meet clients and understand their property requirements.
Show residential or commercial properties to customers.
Explain property features, prices, and legal documents.
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers.
Maintain customer relationships and follow up regularly.
Prepare sales reports and update property databases.
Coordinate with builders, property owners, and legal teams.
Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Sales and marketing knowledge.
Customer handling skills.
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
Knowledge of the local real estate market.
