Knowledge of NCLT and FEMA Compliance
Experience of Working in a firm will be preferred
Handling Teams
Candidate must be Qualified company secretary.
Responsibilities
The candidate shall be responsible for ensuring compliance of group of listed and unlisted companies and leading the team for execution for the work allotted.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
