Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Ahmedabad. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various software, IT, and technical roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Search and identify prospective technical candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster), social networks (LinkedIn), and internal databases.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct preliminary screening calls to check technical alignment, communication skills, compensation expectations, and notice periods.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technical interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Offer & Onboarding Support: Assist in job offer discussions, documentation, and pre-onboarding coordination until the joining date.
- Database Management: Keep candidate records, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and tracker sheets updated with real-time candidate status.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment, agency sourcing, or a relevant HR internship.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Basic Technical Awareness: General understanding of common IT terminology, software development roles (e.g., Full Stack, Java, Python, Frontend, QA, Cloud), and tech stacks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Sourcing Knowledge: Basic understanding of Boolean search operators on job boards and LinkedIn.
- Traits: Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner, and capable of handling fast-paced hiring requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.76 - ₹25,000.05 per month
