About the Role
The Couple Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting couples through holistic healthcare and wellness programs. The ideal candidate will leverage their background in homeopathic or electro-medical sciences to provide compassionate, evidence-based guidance to couples navigating health and relationship wellness journeys.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage appointments, consultations, and follow-ups for couples enrolled in wellness programs.
* Conduct initial assessments to understand the health and wellness needs of each couple.
* Develop personalized care plans using homeopathic or electro-medical principles in line with BHMS/BEMS training.
* Liaise between medical practitioners, therapists, and counselors to ensure holistic, integrated care.
* Educate couples on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and preventive health practices.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Provide emotional support and guidance throughout the treatment or wellness program.
* Monitor progress and update care plans based on outcomes and feedback.
* Organize group sessions, workshops, or wellness events for couples when required.
* Collaborate with the administrative team for scheduling and resource management.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery (BHMS) or Bachelor of Electro Medical Sciences (BEMS) from a recognized institution.
* 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a healthcare, wellness, or counseling setting.
* Valid registration with the relevant medical/healthcare council (as applicable).
Skills & Competencies
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with empathy and sensitivity.
* Sound knowledge of homeopathic/electro-medical treatment protocols.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in maintaining health records and using healthcare management software.
* Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
* Problem-solving mindset with a patient-centric approach.
Preferred Attributes
* Experience working with couples or in relationship wellness programs.
* Additional certifications in counseling, nutrition, or wellness coaching.
* Bilingual communication skills (as per organizational requirements).
