Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage franchise leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Explain the company’s franchise model, investment plans, and business opportunities to potential clients
- Conduct follow-ups and schedule meetings with interested candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise prospects
- Handle negotiations and close franchise deals successfully
- Coordinate with internal departments for franchise onboarding and support
- Maintain records of leads, conversions, and sales reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to handle client queries professionally
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
