We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our UPS (Vertiv / Emerson) solutions division. You will drive sales strategy, manage key accounts, and achieve revenue targets while leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage UPS sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Manage inbound and outbound sales initiatives for UPS systems
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing as per customer requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships
- Follow up to close major sales orders and drive revenue growth
- Coordinate with technical, purchase, and operations teams to deliver solutions
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline, and CRM updates
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in UPS / power solutions sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
