Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets (new/used cars).
- Plan and execute sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure proper lead management from walk-ins, digital platforms, and corporate sales.
Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
- Conduct daily sales briefings, performance reviews, and coaching.
- Allocate targets and monitor individual and team performance.
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to dealership processes.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Improve customer satisfaction scores (CSI/NPS).
- Build long-term relationships with key customers and corporate clients.
Operational & Process Control
- Ensure compliance with OEM (manufacturer) guidelines and standards.
- Monitor test drive management, booking conversion, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams for smooth deliveries.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and forecasts.
Revenue & Profitability
- Drive sales of add-on products (insurance, accessories, extended warranty).
- Control discounts and ensure healthy gross margins.
- Improve enquiry-to-booking and booking-to-delivery ratios.
