Job Summary
To manage paid marketing campaigns and support lead generation activities for a growing business. The role involves planning campaigns, reviewing performance data, improving landing page effectiveness, and coordinating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Support lead generation activities through digital channels.
- Coordinate with content, design, web, and sales teams for campaign execution.
- Review landing pages and lead forms to improve user experience.
- Track campaign results using standard analytics and advertising tools.
- Identify areas for improvement in campaigns and suggest practical changes.
- Maintain campaign data, reports, and dashboards.
- Work with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across digital channels.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Basic understanding of lead generation, campaign tracking, and digital analytics.
- Ability to read campaign data and prepare reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, real estate, workspace solutions, or service-based businesses.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and campaign reporting.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
