Accounts & Finance Manager
Reporting To: CEO
Job Summary
The Accounts & Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the organization's accounting, taxation, financial reporting, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and overall financial operations. The role requires ensuring compliance with applicable laws, timely preparation of financial statements, and providing management with accurate financial information for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Accounting
- Maintain complete books of accounts in compliance with Accounting Standards.
- Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
2. GST Compliance (Primary Responsibility)
- Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C and other GST returns.
- Reconciliation of GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) with GSTR-2B.
- GST ledger reconciliation and compliance monitoring.
- Handling GST notices, assessments, audits, and departmental queries.
- Ensure proper classification of HSN/SAC codes and GST applicability.
- Coordinate with consultants during GST audits.
3. Taxation
- Direct Tax and Indirect Tax compliance.
- TDS deduction, payment, return filing, and reconciliation.
- Advance Tax computation and payment.
- Income Tax Return preparation and coordination with tax consultants.
- Compliance with tax regulations and responding to tax notices.
- Support statutory and tax audits.
4. Financial Statements & Balance Sheet
- Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet.
- Schedule preparation and financial statement analysis.
- Coordination with Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors.
- Monthly and annual financial closing.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and Accounting Standards.
5. MIS & Financial Reporting
- Prepare Monthly MIS reports.
- Budget vs Actual analysis.
- Department-wise profitability analysis.
- Cost analysis and variance reporting.
- Cash Flow reports.
- Working Capital analysis.
- Dashboard preparation for Management.
- Business performance reporting with actionable insights.
6. Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Annual budgeting and forecasting.
- Cost control initiatives.
- Financial planning and business projections.
- Capital expenditure analysis.
- Monitor budget utilization.
7. Banking & Treasury
- Banking operations and relationship management.
- Fund flow and cash flow management.
- Working Capital management.
- Loan documentation and compliance.
- LC/BG documentation (if applicable).
8. Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate Statutory Audit.
- Internal Audit.
- Tax Audit.
- Stock Audit.
- Ensure timely statutory compliances.
- Maintain financial documentation.
9. Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Monitor customer outstanding.
- Vendor payment planning.
- Credit control.
- Ageing analysis.
- Collection monitoring.
10. Team Management
- Lead and mentor the Accounts team.
- Allocate responsibilities.
- Review accounting entries.
- Develop SOPs and internal controls.

Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA (Preferred)
- M.Com / MBA (Finance) / B.Com with relevant experience
Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry preferred.
- Hands-on experience in GST, Taxation, Balance Sheet Finalization, MIS, and Financial Reporting is mandatory.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
