This requirement is for 30 bedded hospital in Chromepet, Chennai. Salary will be finalised based on your expertise and experience.
1. The Candidate will be responsible for the following:
a) Guiding patients, relatives, visitors.
b) Attending to their queries.
c) Attending telephone calls.
d) Assisting of completing formalities.

3. Should possess excellent communication and convincing skills.
4. Handling Emergencies and also Co-ordination of PG Doctors, Nurses, Housekeeping dept., and with IP Cashier. ICU admission and rooms blocking depends on the health condition of the patients.
5. Coordination between Doctors and the Staff for scheduling the surgeries.
6. Explaining about the facilities of the hospital and promote the facility, House Visits & Home Blood collections to the Patients/Attendants.
7. Admission handling, Next day Appointments, Room booking and Handling patients enquiries.
8. Personal details of the visiting consultants to be updated in the System every three months.
9. Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
10. Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
11. Comforting distressed patients – this may range from simply fixing any appointment issues that may arise, through to being the voice of comfort during times of extreme stress and emergency.
12. Follow up for the collecting feedback forms from Out patients and Inpatients.
13. Room booking for next day admissions and inform to the concern departments like House Keeping, Floors Nursing sister.
14. Supervision of Admission and Follow up the patients.
15. Through E-mail appointment fixing for New and Review patients as per their requirements.
16. Prepare Weekly and Monthly report.
