We are looking for a proactive field executive who can identify, meet, verify, and onboard travel partners onto the TravelOTP platform. The role requires strong local communication in Tamil, local networking, and on-ground coordination skills.

Responsibilities
Identify, approach and onboard travel partners:
- Hotels
- Travel operators
- Tour guides
- Cab/transport providers
- Ritual coordinators
- Local experience providers
On Field work includes:
- Conduct on-ground meetings and explain TravelOTP partnership benefits
- Verify partner quality and authenticity
- Collect required documents, pricing, and service details
- Assist partners in onboarding and profile setup
- Build long-term relationships with partners
- Coordinate with internal operations team
- Resolve initial onboarding and communication issues
- Expand partner network city-wise/destination-wise
- Maintain onboarding records and partner database
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field travel and meeting vendors
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp/business tools knowledge
- Local language proficiency preferred (Local language - Tamil Required)
- Experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or field operations is a plus
- Self-driven and relationship-oriented personality
