- Optimize SEO for hospital website and rank on Google My Business.
- Handle hospital’s reputation management (Google Reviews, Practo, Justdial).
- Run WhatsApp and SMS marketing campaigns for patient engagement.
3. Branding & Public Relations
- Develop branding strategies to position the hospital as a trusted healthcare provider.
- Organize PR activities such as doctor interviews, awareness campaigns, and events.
4. B2B Tie-ups & Corporate Partnerships
- Develop tie-ups with latest lead generation platforms.
- Organize health camps, wellness programs, and hospital outreach initiatives.
5. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
- Track inbound inquiries and ensure high conversion through digital campaigns.
- Track follow up with the leads and analyze campaign performance.
- Train the front desk team to handle digital patient inquiries efficiently.
6. Competitor Benchmarking
- Monitor neighboring hospital corporate offers, credit structures & pricing models.
- Equipment mapping of potential competitors
- Value Proposition Pivoting; Adjusting corporate pitches immediately after competitors upgrades.
Additionally:
- SPOC - Coordinate with internal hospital system to ensure corporate employees get hassel free services.
- C- Suite Liaison - Act as sole relationship custodian for departmental heads.
- B2B Revenue Targets - Take ownership of room occupancy rates & OPD via corporate ecosystem, thus leading corporate revenue generation.
- Client Retension Rate - Percentage of successfullly renewed annually
