Position: Architect
Experience: 3+ Years
Qualification: B.Arch
Department: Architecture / Interior Design
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and project documentation.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design consultants.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Review drawings and resolve design-related issues during execution.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and client coordination.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of architectural design and construction practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
