Cyber Security Trainer JD
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Cyber Security Trainer who can deliver high-quality training sessions while also contributing to curriculum design and content development. The candidate will be responsible for conducting practical training, developing course materials, and ensuring alignment with current industry standards and certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Delivery:
- Deliver classroom and online training sessions on Cyber Security
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions, live demonstrations, and real-time simulations
Teach modules such as:
- Network Security
- Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing
- VAPT
- SOC Operations
- Cloud Security Basics
- Cyber Laws & Compliance
- Guide students in live projects and case studies
- Conduct mock interviews and placement readiness sessions
Subject Matter Expertise (SME Role):
- Design and update Cyber Security curriculum and training modules
- Develop presentations, lab manuals, assignments, and assessments
- Review and enhance course content as per latest industry trends
- Support academic and placement teams with technical expertise
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions when required
Required Skills & Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS
- Hands-on experience with:
- Kali Linux
- Nmap
- Metasploit
- Burp Suite
- Wireshark
- SIEM tools (Splunk preferred)
- Knowledge of Cloud Security (AWS/Azure basics)
- Good documentation and content creation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
