About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to connect with individuals seeking mental health support and guide them toward the right therapy and wellness services. This role involves engaging with leads generated through various channels, understanding their needs, explaining our offerings, scheduling consultations, and ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is empathetic, customer-focused, and passionate about making mental health care more accessible.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Counselling Sales, Customer Success, Tele-sales, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with prospective clients.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2C sales, wellness, healthcare, counselling, or mental health-related services.
- Strong listening, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Excellent objection-handling and conversion skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Passion for mental health, wellness, and helping people access quality care.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
