Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Provide product information and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions.
- Maintain product displays and ensure store cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Build good relationships with customers.
- Follow company sales policies and procedures.
- Prepare sales reports and update daily activities to the reporting manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
