Job Description – Field Manager
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Field Manager with a background in Interior Design / Civil Engineering to manage and supervise field activities across assigned projects in Ahmedabad Gujarat.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with vendors and contractors, conducting site visits, preparing and reviewing BOQs, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that work is completed on time and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and branch teams.
- Conduct regular site visits, recce, and audits.
- Prepare, review, and verify BOQs.
- Monitor project progress, workmanship, and quality.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Follow up with vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed as per requirements.
- Provide regular updates on project status and site progress.
Requirements
- Background in Interior Design / Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in site supervision, project coordination, or interior/civil work.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation and verification.
- Strong vendor and contractor coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad for site visits.
