Job Description
Creatabar is looking for a Quantity Surveyor Cum Draftsman with good technical knowledge and practical understanding of commercial interior projects. The role involves site measurements, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, costing support and preparation of detailed technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and take accurate site measurements
- Prepare BOQs and detailed quantity take-offs
- Prepare AutoCAD working drawings and detailed drawings
- Prepare material quantity and cost estimates
- Verify quantities based on drawings and actual site conditions
- Assist with project costing and cost control
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, estimation and project teams
- Update drawings based on site conditions and approved changes
- Maintain measurement sheets, BOQs and related project documentation
Qualification
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Required Skills
AutoCAD, site measurement, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, interior detailing and basic costing knowledge.
Preference: Candidates with experience in commercial interiors / interior fit-out projects will be preferred.
