Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers and explain course offerings
- Deliver effective sales pitches and close deals
- Handle objections and work in a target-driven environment
- Maintain follow-ups and build customer relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Work Details:
- Office Timing: 11 AM – 8 PM / 12 PM – 9 PM
- Working Days: 5 Days (Monday & Tuesday Off)
- Interview Mode: Virtual
Interview Process:
- Round 1: HR Screening
- Round 2: Sales Pitch Round (Sell any product – Pen / iPhone / Courses – 15 mins)
- Round 3: Psychometric Evaluation (Google Meet)
- Round 4: Sales & Capability Round
- Round 5: Final HR Discussion (CTC & DOJ)
