Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and prepare MIS reports on a regular basis.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Prepare vendor payment sheets in line with company payment policies.
- Compile and prepare data for TDS and GST returns.
- Conduct periodic ledger scrutiny and ensure timely reconciliations.
- Coordinate with customers and vendors to address accounting-related requirements.
- Liaise with auditors during statutory audits and ensure timely submissions.
- Ensure tax compliance and maintain overall accuracy and hygiene of accounting records.
Skills & Experience Required
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Good understanding of TDS, GST, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- B.Com, M.Com, or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
