Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce services, pitch features, and identify sales opportunities.
- Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, answer questions about products/pricing, and address customer grievances promptly.
- Data Management: Accurately log call notes, update customer information, and maintain databases in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Follow-Ups: Call interested leads at scheduled times and nurture relationships to facilitate sales closures.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and clear pronunciation skills.
- Persuasion: Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and sales-closing abilities.
- Technical: Familiarity with computers, typing, and standard CRM software.
- Education & Experience: Typically requires a High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree, with prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
