The Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling plywood, laminates, veneers, and related products to dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, interior designers, builders, and retail customers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and increasing market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and architects.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in assigned territories.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to meet customers and understand their requirements.
- Promote company products and explain product features, quality standards, and applications.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts departments to ensure timely deliveries and payments.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
Required Skills

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Diploma or degree in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
