BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (BDA) – MANJERIJob Summary
Catalyst Education is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Manjeri branch. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling students and parents, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound student leads.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Generate leads through referrals, events, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and colleges.
- Coordinate with the Academic and Sales teams.
- Prepare regular sales and conversion reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, EdTech, Telecalling, or Education Counselling is an advantage.
- Excellent Malayalam communication and good English skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic CRM and computer knowledge preferred.
