Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify new business opportunities across agriculture, infrastructure, utilities, mining, construction, industrial inspections, logistics, and government sectors.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through direct customer engagement, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
- Drive end-to-end sales from lead generation to commercial closure.
Customer & Account Management
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers, including government departments, large enterprises, distributors, and institutional customers.
- Manage strategic accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions.
Channel Development
- Appoint, develop, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners within the assigned territory.
- Conduct partner training and enablement programs.
- Monitor partner performance and support business growth initiatives.
Market Expansion
- Identify emerging markets and industry opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, customer events, and industry forums.
Sales Operations
- Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and periodic business reports.
- Maintain CRM data and monitor sales pipeline health.
- Coordinate with operations, technical support, and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely collections and receivables management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
