Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Outreach Executive to support our outreach and partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with schools, colleges, NGOs, corporates, and communities to help expand our network and increase the reach of our social impact programmes.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, communication, relationship-building, and working on meaningful community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to schools, colleges, NGOs, and corporate organisations for collaboration opportunities
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with institutional and community partners
- Draft and send emails, follow-ups, partnership communication, and outreach messages
- Support the planning and execution of outreach drives, campaigns, and awareness initiatives
- Coordinate with external stakeholders for meetings, tie-ups, and campaign participation
- Assist in volunteer and intern coordination during outreach activities and events
- Work closely with the events, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain records and documentation related to outreach activities, partnerships, and follow-ups
- Represent the organisation professionally during field visits, meetings, and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, MSW or a related field 1-2+ years of relevant experience in outreach, partnership development, or institutional engagement
- Excellent communication skills- both English and Hindi
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to networking and relationship building
