Key Responsibilities: Senior Sales Officer
i. Achieve assigned Primary Sales and Secondary Sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
ii. Generate Primary Sales by ensuring regular order collection from distributors and dealers.
iii. Drive Secondary Sales by increasing product movement from distributors/dealers to retailers, dairy farmers, poultry farmers, and livestock farmers.
iv. Appoint and develop new distributors, dealers, and retailers within the assigned territory.
v. Ensure adequate stock availability at distributor and dealer points to avoid stock-outs.
vi. Conduct regular market visits to monitor secondary sales, retail coverage, and product visibility.
vii. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
viii. Implement trade schemes, promotional activities, and farmer meetings to improve market penetration.
ix. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide timely feedback to management.
x. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy outstanding balances.
xi. Prepare daily call reports (DCR), sales reports, market intelligence reports, and sales forecasts.
xii. Coordinate with the logistics and marketing teams to ensure timely product supply and promotional support.
xiii. Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
xiv. Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
